A sunny, south facing garden ideal for tranquil afternoon teas overlooking the millpond, watching the fish rise.
A terrace, for breakfast outside, on a warm, sunny, summer morning.

Parking
There is parking for six cars.

Smoking
We are a smoke free home and ask guests not to smoke near the house.

Pets
Gilpin Mill is home to two friendly, black Labradors who are not allowed upstairs. Unfortunately, we cannot accept guest's pets.

Arrival
We ask guests to arrive after 4.30pm

Bicycle Hire
Bicycles can be arranged ready for your arrival complete with helmets,
repair kits and locks etc. Please ask.
